Midwest Roofing and Solar was established over 30 years ago. With a dedicated estimating team, superior hands on installers, and our commitment to customer service, we offer the customer the best value for the dollar. Our number one goal is to give customers the best experience possible when choosing a roofing and solar contractor.

At Midwest Roofing and Solar, Safety is our Number 1 priority. Our most important measure of success is the health and safety of all our employees. We partner with Safety Compliance Company, who conducts safety meetings two times per month. Some of these meetings will be at the actual job sites we are working on. We also conduct our own in house safety meetings two times per month. Essentially, we have a safety meeting every week.
Fall Protection is the most important aspect of our safety program, and we have this training every month. All of our men are trained thoroughly on all fall protection guidelines.
We currently have a Modification rate of 0.72. This is well below the industry average of 1.0. We attribute this to our weekly safety meetings, hands-on training, and overall commitment to a "Safety First" work environment. We also have our workers certified in C.P.R. Training every two years.
Our commitment to safety starts at the top and is integrated to all employees. Our safety program is something our entire company takes great pride in. "Safety Bonuses" are allocated to our team leaders on a quarterly basis. This is followed up with a yearly award to the top foreman.
